There is no editorial team behind this site and no customer service desk. There are two travellers. Email us or send a message: you get Remco or Anouk.

Who you get
Everything on this site was written by us together, and we read the mail ourselves. That means honest advice from someone who went. It also means there is no team standing by to answer within the hour.
Before you email
We point you at hostels, tours, transport and insurance, but you always book and pay with that company directly. We never see your booking and we cannot change anything about it. If your question is about something you already booked, check your confirmation email: the address that can help you is in there.
Your answer might be here already:
For local businesses
Run a hostel, dive school, homestay or tour company in Southeast Asia and think our readers are your people? Let us know. Every partner on this site is a place we have been to ourselves, and we intend to keep it that way.
Tell us in short who you are, what you do, where you are and what you have in mind. If we can come by, we would rather do that first. Then we write down honestly what we thought of it, including the parts that are not glowing. That is exactly why our readers believe us.
Send a proposalFound something out there?
A hostel you stayed at longer than planned, a viewpoint with nobody on it, a minibus that actually runs: if you found it, our readers want to know.
Send us the name and the place, why it was special and roughly what it cost. A photo is even better. If it makes the site, we will let you know.
